Release Beta 10a as of December 2013 is a complete text translation with a great deal of graphics translated (at least 80%) and some bugfixes. The fan-translation for the game is called Rhythm Heaven Silver. Probably because of how late Tengoku came out (almost 2 years after the DS) and how odd it was, Nintendo declined to translate it. Its 2 sequels (Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Fever) have been translated and released overseas, but Tengoku never was.
